TB Testing

Bovine TB continues to be one of the biggest challenges facing UK Cattle farming. In recent times, Herefordshire and the surrounding counties have become a challenging area for TB control.
At Belmont we employ some vets solely in a TB testing role. They are very professional and take great pride in delivering testing efficiently, effectively and without cutting corners. They are so good at it that most clients prefer them over clinical vets!

Control of TB is not just about repeated testing and as part of the health planning process we are involved with advising upon adequate biosecurity to try and minimise the spread of disease. We also have vets trained to deliver this advice through the TB advisory service
