We cover Herefordshire and the surrounding counties with our routine service and our 24/7 out of hours service. 

All three offices are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 5.30pm, with our Hereford office ONLY opening on a Saturday morning from 8.30am until 12pm. 

If you would like to collect a prescription out of office hours we have lock boxes at each of our sites as well as a drop off box in Eardisley for clients using our services in the west of the county.

We provide a 24/7 emergency service 365 days a year. If your call is of an urgent nature out of hours please call one of our three office numbers and you will be directed to the on call vet.
